Procedures and Processes
With machining allowances, we can generate raw part datasets for our customers from finished parts datasets for future manufacturing. If raw part datasets and finished part datasets are available, then they can be checked and aligned. According to layout, design and simulation of the gate and feeder system, we determine the mold parting line. 3D-CAD-Data of the extracted mold segments and cores aids us with molding in every single technique.
